In this age of hurry and worry nobody has time for themselves. Everybody is just running for money and wants to become richer as soon as possible. So if one has no time for him or herself then how that person can look after his child. So there are some recent trends shown in today's age parents they send their little ones to child care providers who take care of their child.



But finding a good child care provider is one of the most important concerns for parents. Every guardian and parent will look some qualities in that child care providers which are as given below:



1. Authentication of child care providers: - Firstly, every parent will see that for which child care provider they are looking is authenticated by government or is just befooling the people. For it they ask child care resource and referral agencies (CCR&R). These agencies provide full information about license of that child care provider and the professionals working in it are qualified or not.



2. Rating System of these firms: - There is a rating system for these child care providers on the basis of some criteria's. This system came into existence in 1990s and it also helped parents in judging the qualities of a good child care provider. There was a report released by RAND Corporation has provided some guidelines for child care providers also. So parents can study that report and judge the child care providers.



3. Qualities of Professionals: - If somebody has got good child care providers on the basis of criteria set by child care resource and referral agencies (CCR&R) then the next concern is the professional working in them. Parents always have a question in their mind that how they can trust somebody in matter of their little ones. A recently issued report on Early Childhood Councils and educating child care professionals studied the functions and roles of an early caring system of children that defined proper child care. The organizations that refer to these studies for analysis of child care provider can provide help in finding qualified child care professionals.



4. Economic programs provided by child care providers: - There are various resources that provide information to parents and guardians about child care providers. They also made sure to parents that their child is safe in that child care providers. Easter Seals and Head Start are two of the most well-known firms who can assist with child care resources by providing important and related information. There are some other programs which provide help through newsletters and other ways. They help people on family front as well as personal front by counselling with them about their child's life. Some programs are provided at free of cost by these firms just to help people.



5. Health Issues of a child: - All above points discussed above are important but most important is health of a young one. A good child care provider should have proper sufficient medical facilities. Medication Administration Training (MAT) is an important element of the credentials of any child care provider, so that medicines and other medical facilities', such as emergency support, can be distributed for the safety of the children who are under their supervision and care.
